Delivery Services
Buffet will be set up 30 mins before the function.

Duration of Buffet
The maximum duration is 4 hours.

Payment Processing
  1. We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD through PAYPAL for our online bookings.
  2. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
  3. We accept cash & cheque.

Reservations
Kindly please give us 2-3 days before your event.

Changes & Cancellation of Orders
A minimum of 3 working days is required to notice us for any changes or cancellation. A Cancellation fee of 50% total charge if cancellation occurs 3 days prior to the function date. A Cancellation fee of 100% total charge if cancellation occurs on the event date.

Confirmation of Orders
We will contact the customer within 48 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. Customers who do not hear from us within 48 hours are required to contact us to confirm the order.
The order is confirmed once invoice is emailed.


Late Collection
A surcharge of $20.00 is applicable for collection after 11.00pm

  • Can I substitute dishes on the menus?
  • You may substitute dishes of the same price range.
    Dishes to be substituted must be of the same category.
    (Example: Hainanese Mixed Vegetables with Mixed Vegetable Deluxe)
    You may change up to a maximum of 3 dishes.
    Ala Carte pricing is applicable if additional dish is added.


  • Is your food Halal?
  • AM CHEF Catering Pte. Ltd. Is proud to be Halal certified by MUIS since 2001.

  • What if we accidently damage the buffet layout or equipment?
  • Compensation will be required by the customer. You will be advised on the amount upon collection of layout and equipment by our staff.

  • How can I place my orders?
  • You can place your order via the following means:

  • If I have to change my order/s, how and whom do I call?
  • You can call our Sales Consultants. Any changes after orders are processed, is subject to our approval.

  • Payments for the buffet order online via Paypal, cash or cheque.
